Learner Handbook

The Learner’s handbook contains information specifically for prospective and current learners and should be read before enrolliing.  This handbook contains information about the refund policy, complaints and appeals, learner surveys, anti-harassment and anti -discrimination policies, etc. More detailed information on each policy is available from the Institute.

This guide will give all the information you require as a learner and you must read and understand your rights and responsibilities before you complete the enrolment form.
