AFTI Training

AFTI training is nationally accredited training and is competency based which evaluates the skills and knowledge of learners against a set of Nationally Accredited Competencies. Each unit of competency is assessed by measuring learner performance against the evidence criteria for that unit. Criterion referenced learning assesses the learner against the general standard of the group rather than against the evidence criteria. Nationally accredited qualifications are recognised across Australia and if you successfully complete a course of study in one state the qualification is recognised in all states. AWA Proprietary Training

Proprietary training developed by the AWA is industry based training and so has not been nationally accredited,.  It is therefore not eligible for national accredited certificates. The proprietary training courses have been designed to educate members of the industry and are specific to the window industry. The list of proprietary training is on the home page and can be found by course name and also by the location of planned training.
